Applicants must:
-Acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord
-Attend Northway regularly for at least 2 months

To become a new member you must do the following:
1. Complete the following application (one per person please)
2. Watch session 1 video and fill out booklet. (Link for this will be in the confirmation email that you receive after submitting this form.)
3. Attend Mending & Sending Classes (Sunday, January 7 in person, Wednesdays, January 17 & 24 on Zoom & Sunday, January 28 in person)
4. Sign up to volunteer on a service team.
